Should I accept offer to come back to my job after getting fired?

They fired me last Friday and i did get a lawyer for discrimination “religion and race” but they just call me to come back to work. Do I accept it or sue them? thanks

Why are they calling you back? Did they realize they were in the wrong? You really need to discuss that with your attorney. Maybe you can work out some out of court monetary settlement, in addition to some ground rules and training for the management so the vaccination sticks and they don’t do it again.
