Black “Slave” Woman Made To Pack Up Office

My wife has been dealing with a lot of BS at her work. She works in an office filled with middle age, white “good old boys” most of whom are related to one another. Most of what she’s dealt with is stuff that is hard to make a case out of, because it falls under “1st Ammendment Rights”. Things like a lot of Right Winged Propaganda being shoved down her throat by co-workers. Obama is the anti-christ. We live in an entitlement society, etc etc. While offensive we realize these guys have the right to say these things, and deal. This one blew me away though. She is being forced to pack up the entire office for a move, with no help. When someone offered to help her her boss told him, no, you’re a salesman and she’s a slave. I can not think of a way to say this in reference to a black woman and not mean it in a racist way. She needs this job, but this environment is hostile. Is there anything she can do besides quitting and trying to find another job in this economy?

Click Here for Work Laws Exposed - Instant DownloadThe slave reference is straight up racial discrimination. The politcal banter is not 1st Amendment Rights if it’s meant to taunt her in a racially charge way. Your wife needs to document everything that goes on at work. Click here to download my free report on how to document problems at work. It’s called “10 Things That Managers Do To Get Sued…And Lose In Court”.

Once she gathers the evidence, she needs to file a discrimination claim with the EEOC if there are at least 15 employees in the company. If less, then go to your state department of labor. Best of luck to her.

I would also suggest downloading Work Laws Exposed so she can learn how to protect herself at work.
