I agree with @digidaddy. Be sure to document what’s going on, what you did to try to get it to stop, how your boss ignored it, etc. For more help on how and what to document, download my free report at the top of this page “10 Things That Managers Do To Get Sued…And Lose In Court”

Yes you can. "Talking" to an employee about sexual harassment is liking talking to Hitler about making nice-nice with Poland. It takes action, not talk.

I’d report the employee to the boss again and also tell him that if that employee isn’t put somewhere where he cannot harass you, the next step is that you will file a report against the company. This isn’t some joke.

So you feel that someone sexually harassed you – you told your boss – your boss said he’d fix it and ‘that person’ did it again?

Yes report it directly to HR – forget your boss

You need to report it to your boss again. Report it to HR along with the fact that your previously reported it to your boss who said he would take care of it. You need to be prepared to explain in detail all events leading up to and after the harassment and reporting to Your boss both times. Try not to blame your boss but just report the facts as you don’t want this coming back at you for any reason. In other words don’t all out your boss personally to HR but state the facts that you reported it to your boss and he said he would take care of it. No more let HR take care of it. If nothing happens then you need to go to the next level and be prepared to come under scrutiny. I hope this helps. Good luck
