Can I get fired from work for answering truthfully on a questionnaire?
A Reader Asks This Question:
I work as a CNA, our head nurse handed out a questionnaire for all the CNS to answers.
What’s you’re favorite part about work?
What do you like least?
How could section assignments be handed out fairly?
Now I Absolutely hate my job; and I hate the new section assignment policy they’re going to implace.
Can I get fired for answering the questions truthfully; which may be pretty negative; and am I required to answer it?
I mean could the fire me if I refuse to answer it too?

My question is, is the questionnaire anonymous or is your name on it? If it has your name on it, perhaps your co-workers could band together to request that it be resubmitted to y’all without names. If your names are on it, it’s pure entrapment and I would fight that with tooth and nail because no matter how you answer it, you could be incriminating yourselves.
May be NO. The reason , the head staff wants to know what they are lacking and what they can improve , so basically from profesional point of veiw . I don’t think so .
Good Luck
Be careful to avoid any regret in mishandling this opportunity.
They are seeking objective input to maximize practical compliance with the corporate mission statement. Logic is reason without extraneous influence and you are contemplating allowing emotion to subjectively color your response. If you cannot post each of the questions above with a constructive response, you need to return the questionnaire with an annotation that you have not reached a comfort level to critique policies or procedures above your pay grade. Good Luck.
