If you were fired for just cause because you did something wrong or violated company policy, chances are good you cannot get unemployment, but you can still apply and request a hearing.
Do you have an employee manual? What does it say about the reason you were fired? Is there some type of progressive reprimand system in place, like if you screw up they’ll give you 2x to get it right and fire you on the 3rd?
