Got Laid Off: What About Severance Package and Unemployment?
Q: My sister got laid off from Monarch Dental. She was just a dental asst. They told her today that it was her last day and she had no clue that this was coming. My sister is so oblivious to many things because she didn’t know about any of these things I asked her.
Does anyone know if she’s entitled to a severance package? how about unemployment benefits after that package expires, even if her husband works and makes a good income?
