Wrong organization. You want the federal EEOC, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. But first, go to your HR department to file a complaint with the proof you have. Have you been documenting the discriminatory behavior? Download the free report in the upper right side of this page to find out how to document stuff that goes on at work.
That can happen. You aren’t going to get help from the NAACP. They help everyone BUT whites. I’m sure they’d be happy to tell you all about how you’re oppressing the people you work with, though. Try human resources at your job, or talk to a manager. Failing that, contact an attorney. Good luck.
I dont think the NAACP will help you. They are the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. They pretty much help everyone but whites. Because we are not colored. Go to your human resources department head. Or consult an attorney. They should be able to help you.
