I was sexual harassed at work by my boss and was force to quit because of his actions. The company did not deny unemployment and I filed a claim with equal rights. Now equal rights told me that the company wants to settle with me and don’t want an investigation. How much do I ask for? How much should I settle for? I worked for the company for 3 years and tried to get the sexual harassment addressed but it never happened. Things got worse throughout the years.

    If they are willing to settle without an investigation, they are doing so because they don’t want to go to court because they KNOW they’re going to get raked over the coals. I would advise you to get a consultation from an employment law attorney ASAP.
