    Without knowing your situation, it is impossible to advise you. A dismissal while you are pregnant does not necessarily mean it is a dismissal due to pregnancy. Not all dismissals due to pregnancy constitute a viable cause of action. Even a viable cause of action does not necessarily guarantee a successful suit for discrimination. Talk to a lawyer.

    if they fired you because you were pregnant you should consult a lawyer, he will know what amount is correct
