How To Deal With A Mean Boss?
How do you deal with a boss that is mean all the time no matter what you do? I work at a car dealership as a receptionist and the office manager is such b**** all the time. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to and with me having to work with her because she is my main manager I hate it. How do I deal with it and should I just find another job and quit even though I love working here with all the sales guys/women and evereyone else but her and the girls in the office?

You need to establish a pattern of abuse so when the day comes that she hangs herself for something she’s done, you can nail her ass. Like I state in the free report, pretend you’re a detective looking for clues. That way every time she says or does something mean, you’ve got another nail for her coffin. Get your employee manual out and read it. Every time she violates something in it, document it. Yes, them employee manual applies to management, too.

If your work environment is emotionally toxic you owe it to yourself to move onward and upward. You will be amazed how it will affect your ability to sleep & eat well and will positively affect your outlook on your other relationships too — when you have to spend that much time around someone so unpleasant, it starts to affect your perception of people in general.
Start looking to see what’s out there, and don’t be scared to make a change — remember, you were looking for a job when you found this one!
Good luck!
There is nothing worse than working with (notice word choice here) someone like the person you described.
I believe it would be in your best interest to seek employment elsewhere. She is very unlikely to change or accept constructive criticism regarding her behavior.
In the meantime, do what you need to do to get a good job reference from her.
Good luck.
