How to file a workplace retaliation complaint?
A Reader Asks This Question:
Should I hire an attorney or should I file it myself in my state or federal office?
I am a public employee in San Francisco and I am going to file a complaint about a local public agency.
Where should I file?
Federal EEOC, or State DFEH, or DLSE, or DIR?
