HR Won’t Do Anything About Problems At Work

I have been having problems at work; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation related.
All of these are coming from the same person, who is the operations manager of the company. Human resources wont do anything about it because of how corrupt the whole company has become
because of this, i am looking for the best outside agency to speak with, such as a labor board, that could do something about it.  any suggestions?

One Response to HR Won’t Do Anything About Problems At Work

  • The first thing you need to do is document all of it. Click here to learn how to document problems at work. You’re going to need that for proof.

HR is required to investigate any complaints of discimination, harassment and retailiation. If they don’t you’ve got excellect leverage to win a valid complaint(s).

I would start with the EEOC. http://eeoc.gov if your company has at least 15 employees. If not, then go to your state’s labor board.
