Injured at work with no safety training – What can I do?
I was injured at work a little over a month ago, i sliced my achilles’ tendon, had surgery and am in recovery now. Would i have a case if i received absolutely NO safety training?

That is an issue that needs to be settled along with an attorney.
If workers’ comp is paying for your injury, probably not. By receiving WC, you give up your rights to sue. Was the injury your fault? Do you believe the injury could have been avoided had you have been trained? If so, report them to OSHA.
