We both know how bosses can be mean and disrespectfull, but don’t put that on your application as a reason for your leaving, otherwise any potentional employer will think you’re on the defensive because you did something wrong.
Instead, focus on *you* because this is your time to shine. Say something like," I wanted to grow in my job experiences" or, "I was looking for a position with better opportunities for promotion" or even, "I’m looking for a better paying job".
