Pizza Hut Manager Discriminating Against Disabled Employees
basically, i have social anxiety disorder. I’ve never been on medication or seen anyone about it, for money and insurance issues. with that known, i work at pizza hut. before i was hired, i told the RGM who was hiring me, i had this disorder, and would be able to do anything and everything, but i would not be able to answer phones, because i start going onto panic attacks. a year goes by, and i finally answered a phone (very hard foe me). i suffered plentiful panic attacks for months, and it’s not as bad anymore. but recently, i was about to pass out from the worst panic attack I’ve ever had, only because HER boss was in, and he was picking on me heavily. i couldn’t stop it or calm myself, so she walks into the bathroom and says ‘if you don’t stop having a panic attack, I’m going to have to let you go/fire you’.
my panic attacks haven’t gotten in the way of my work till that moment, and then, as you might have guessed, my attack worsened.
she is constantly threatening people like this. she told one guy that if she knew he had scoliosis, she wouldn’t have hired him. she is also trying to fire one guy cause he has a severe back pain, but is pretty much the BEST employee at my store.
i don’t know what i can do, because i KNOW this isn’t right
and i know this was long.
i just need some help

Do what @goingcrazy says. Get under a doctor’s care if you aren’t already.
Here’s what the EEOC says about disabilities.
Disability Discrimination
Disability discrimination occurs when an employer or other entity covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, or the Rehabilitation Act, as amended, treats a qualified individual with a disability who is an employee or applicant unfavorably because she has a disability.
Disability Discrimination & Harassment
It is illegal to harass an applicant or employee because he has a disability, had a disability in the past, or is believed to have a physical or mental impairment that is not transitory (lasting or expected to last six months or less) and minor (even if he does not have such an impairment).
Harassment can include, for example, offensive remarks about a person’s disability. Although the law doesn’t prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that aren’t very serious, harassment is illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted).
The harasser can be the victim’s supervisor, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or someone who is not an employee of the employer, such as a client or customer.

you might want to consider going to a doctor to get it validated because, all you have is your word saying you have panic attacks you need documentation in case you get let go.
