Pregnancy Discrimination: Will I Get Hired If I’m Pregnant?
I am a temp where I work at now, however I only have 2 weeks until the contract is up and the employer plans on hiring me on full time after that. I have been working with the company for four months already, however I just found out I am pregnant. Do I tell them now or wait until I am officially hired on? I am worried that if I tell them now they will not hire me on as they have stated they will. If that happened would it be illegal?

You do not have to bring it up and it cannot be asked if you are. It is illegal for them to not hire you because of it, yet it happens all the time. Being pregnant puts you in a protected class. http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/pregnancy.cfm
