Quizonos Pregnancy Discrimination: Got Hours Cut

 
 

 

I am six month pregnant and a shift manager at quiznos. I have been working for over 2 years at this store and got promoted twice till this last year that i became shift manager. The first three month of my pregnancy was really complicated and i should had stayed home for two weeks. My manager didnt seem really happy about it but let me take off for two weeks anyway.. so I felt better and came back to work again.

Now the thing is since i have gotten back to work he is trying to for any BS reason cut my hours and he did. he cut my hours from 30 hours to 20 hours.. He also has changed his attitude toward me.. The thing is that he is not american and he misunderstands most of time because of lack of english communication..he works with his family in this store and they speak korean all the time which i dont understand what they are talking about but i can figur out that his wife just keeps complaining about me to him.. and recently i noticed that his wife has asked him to ask me to give him the key back.. basiclly he doesnt want me to be in charge anymore plus i notice that he has changed the schadulee and reduced mu hours again..

Im very upset.. I have done alot for this guy such an honest person..but the way they are treating me at work recently is very ignorant and mean. He has asked me several times that when you wanna leave or how long more you wanna stay..I told him as long as i feel ok and i can work.. but he said he cant give me any more hours and i have to let him exactlly know when im leaving..I really dont know what to say..he is kind of pushing me to leave and its been bothering me alot..I feel so nnoyed at work with him and his family nowdays.. they keep picking on me that because im pregannt i cant do things right..its so not true. I even found out that he has changed my time- ins and time-outs as well..he has taken 4 hours off from my check( he has the manager key to change it if he has to ). is this considering as pregnancy discrimination?
