Show natal discrimination be illegal?

 
 

Question:

Should “Natal discrimination” be an acceptible bias. Or ranked as bad as racial, sex, age, or national origin discrimination? (i.e. to not date or hire someone based on birth date?) I’d think if you had witnesses or wore a recording device, a lawsuit could be won.
