Tatoos In The Workplace – Policy Is Not Evenly Enforced

 
 

 

I was told to cover visible tattoos and to take out visible piercing hoops even though other employees are permitted to show and wear this type of body art. I was threatened with termination if I didn’t comply. Isn’t this discrimination? Is it legal to treat one employee differently from their co-workers?
