One Response to What is considered discrimination at work?

  • Not A Lawyer says:

Discrimination in what way? You would have to be part of a protected classes and be able to show proof of any discrimination.

What are bonuses based on? Are they merit bonuses? How long have you been on the job? Do you have performance issues? Check your employee manual to learn more about your bonus policy. If you don’t have one or it’s not in there, then ask your supervisor.
