Your boss is an ass. I know this is hard, but you need to pretend it doesn’t bother you. Get a friend to torment you just like your boss does and practice “sucking it up”. Look away and don’t say a thing. Pretend you’re a duck and it’s water off your back. It’s EASY, you know why? Because you’re going to collect evidence against him to nail is ass and only YOU know the secret.
You’re going to document everything he says. You’re going to collect evidence. The more damaging, the better. Pretend your a detective in the interrogation room asking the right INCRIMINATING questions and you get the S.O.B. to ADMIT to the crime. Just keep quiet and let him spout off, but make a mental note of everything he says. Then when you get home, write it all down.
When you have an open mind and WELCOME his abuse, it’s only fuel for the conflagration so you can nail his ass.
