What would i need to prove discrimination at my work place?

A Reader Asks This Question:

I’m having a problem with a supervisor at work. She treats all the male employees very well and with respect. I’m one of two women there and I’ve noticed she treats me with disdain and acts like I’m there to irritate her.

I can barely do the job i was hired to do, because she always has me doing the other people’s work! I tried bringing this up to management, and they say they’ll “take care of the situation” but the next day she’s even worse!

What would I need to do to get proof of sex discrimination?

  • Not A Lawyer says:

That would not be sex discrimination. It would be gender discrimination, provided you can prove it. You must document everything. Click here for a free download on how to do it. It will also give you all kinds of things to look for at work that can land your boss or co-workers in hot water. Very helpful information.
