White Male Discrimination At Work
There’s nothing really overt, but “benign neglect” (no increased responsibilities; not getting things others get, etc) not being heard; being treated as a second classworker; not getting respect; being made subservient to underlings; being “wrong” in EVERY conflict; having ideas stolen; being micro managed; etc. etc.

I am a white a white male who is being discriminated and harrassed on a daily basis. I filed a charge with the EEOC and now in the federal court system. The company lied about nearly everything they sent in their reply to the EEOC, I dont believe it was investigated the way it should have been because I had plenty of proof and witnesses that they didnt want to see or talk to. Lets see if our federal court system is what it should be.I just wonder sometimes if we really have a constitution. If we did companies and corporations would not be able to do what they want to their most important assetts, that being the people and employees that make them their money!!!

Document, document, document. Get your ideas down on paper before you share them, cc all relevant e-mails, make sure that someone in meetings will be willing to back up your version of events, have a copy of your job description ready for when someone tries to make you do something below your level of responsibility. When you have enough concrete evidence, you can consider going to HR or filing an EEOC complaint. If you have trouble doing this, you may just need to accept that this is not a good environment for you and contact references from previous jobs so you can start preparing your resume.
