Why is the gender card played by women when the they get superceeded ?

Consdering the political climate and clamouring for women as the wroned martyrs is this a powerful card for women to play when they dont get what they want in a career???

I can give a very recent example of a top female indian poliwoman “Kiran Bedi” who was superceeded by a younger male nad she creamed “Sexual discrimination”.

This woman who became a role model for young women gave it all up in this pathetic shrill scream for so called “discrimination”

Are they so blocked nowadays that they cant understand maybe it had something to do with the selection process or merit not gender???

If she had the right qualifications for the job and they have a pattern of promoting only the men, she could have a claim for gender discrimination. It would be especially helpful if she had a paper trail of performance reviews to back up her accomplishments.
