Workers Comp Only Paying 65% – Can I Sue For The Other 35%?
Due to company negligence (clear) injured at work. Only getting about 65% of base salary through workmens comp. Company short term disability no real help, only covers 66% and that is about what i get from workmens. Presently getting therapy trying to avert surgery for shoulder injury (MRI confirmed)…How and how and can i go after the 35% that i dont received due to someones negligence. Can i sue for difference – about 35%? I live in Texas
