One Response to Workers Comp Only Paying 65% – Can I Sue For The Other 35%?

  • The thing with work comp is that exists, in part, so that employers can’t get sued. It covers your medical expenses and part of your salary. Whether you know it or not, by using it, you can’t sue. However, my advice is to click here to find a qualified workers comp attorney. Tell them your story and they will advise you on how/if you can proceed to the next level.
