If women were paid the same pay as us men then would gold diggers go extinct?

I always thought it was unfair that women were paid so little in the workplace compared to us men. Which makes me wonder is the reason why some women love men just for that man’s money just a form of unconscious hostility or jealousy that some type of retaliation toward us males as a whole that they get paid so little compared to us?
Answer:
Equal pay doesn’t change anything because some women just don’t want to work.
