Discrimination? Forced To Work Because I Don’t Have Kids
Hi,
I work in a restaurant and we have to work all holidays and weekends. Lately they have been giving employees off that have kids and that’s how they justify it. I have been there 5 years and feel like I’m being punished for not having kids. I can’t even get a Sunday off for my birthday. Is this discrimination or a form of it? Are they allowed to treat me this way since I don’t have kids?
