Hostile Environment

Agencies that deal with hostile work environments?

 

My co-worker is being severely intimidated by our supervisor. The supervisor has a history of systematically forcing people to quit by reducing hours, reducing pay, and putting employee on shifts that conflict with personal schedules (amongst other things). The supervisor has a history of shouting at employees in front of customers, swearing at employees, and ordering employees to leave work when said supervisor is in a bad mood. Supervisor has been reported to corporate office three times in the past but corporate turns a blind eye to the situation. It is happening again with two of my co-workers. Are there any reporting agencies besides the EEOC (they only handle gender, race, age, religion discrimination) that will get involved in a situation of work place abuse? Thanks in advance.
