So i was playing football and hurt my knee badly and ended up tearing my meniscus. I’ve gotta go to 3 weeks of therapy and then surgery and then therapy again. i work as a CNA in a nursing home and according to HR, i am not able to work until i am completely off restrictions. is that discrimination against the disabled? do you think i should sue?
