How To Deal With A Mean Boss?
How do you deal with a boss that is mean all the time no matter what you do? I work at a car dealership as a receptionist and the office manager is such b**** all the time. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to and with me having to work with her because she is my main manager I hate it. How do I deal with it and should I just find another job and quit even though I love working here with all the sales guys/women and evereyone else but her and the girls in the office?
