Gender Based Pay Discrimination
i have been working for minimum wage at work and this is at a very popular fast food restaurant. i have been working there for almost 5 months and its always been minimum wage. 3 new workers all my age started working there no more than a month ago and they are the opposite sex. they all got a higher wage than me, what should i do? who should i go to?
