Employment Law: Working More Hours Than What You’re Paid
I work for a chain in the state of maryland and the store closes at 10pm and the employees are only paid until 10:15pm regardless if they are there until 10:45pm cleaing things up. Is it legal that the employeer only pays the employees until 10:15 regardless of how long we are there. (There is a time clock). Does anyone know the law on this?
