*****Pregnancy Discrimination & Work Situations

The law forbids discrimination when it comes to any aspect of employment, including hiring, firing, pay, job assignments, promotions, layoff, training, fringe benefits, such as leave and health insurance, and any other term or condition of employment. *****

is there anything i can do ?

Answer:

Yes, there is you can turn his ass into the EEOC. Here’s the link. http://www.eeoc.gov/employees/howtofile.cfm Take the online assessment tool to see if it qualifies to be investigated by the EEOC. If not, you may have to go to your state’s labor board.

You can also contact an employment law attorney. Which is something you should probably do, anyway. They would love to get their hooks on that case.
