My HR employee record is incorrect. What can I do?
Question:
I am a government employee. I have come to know last week that some FALSE and damaging remarks have been made in my pesonal file in the Human Resources Department as a retaliation for my having reported workplace violence. Specifically, it has been noted that I was given a WRITTEN REPRIMAND in October 2007. This is absolutely FALSE. What remedy do I have against this criminal act? Is it a felony?
