Religious Discrimination? Boss Won’t Give Me Time Off
I have been employed at my current job for 3 years now. But I just started going to my congregation a couple months ago. Well, we have meetings that we need to go to on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. But my boss says that I have to work those evenings. I am able to work Monday and Wednesday evenings.
But I really need to have the Tuesday and Thursday evenings off so I can go to my meetings for my religion. Is my boss not letting me do that illegal? What are the laws for this in Ohio?
