Can I sue for racial discrimination?

Black people are treated far better than whites at my job. And most of them SUCK at their jobs (meaning..they don’t show up half the time, don’t do their work, sit around chatting, fukk stuff up). Yet they never get reprimanded EVER. If I do one tiny thing wrong I get yelled at. I’m a great employee who never calls off, never slacks off, and pays close attention to my work. Can I sue my stupid employer? It is technically a violation of Title VII. I’m definitely not the only person who has noticed this either.
No the black people at my job really do suck. So fukk off.
