Wage Discrimination Against Hispanics
I started my job 9 mo. ago on a based salary. Since then three other people have been hired. I found out two days ago that they were started out on a higher salary than I was. There are 3 levels at my job, I am now to the 2nd level. The new people are on level 1 and are making more than I am. People have told me that our boss is very racist against Hispanics. I am the only Hispanic there and also the one with the least pay. What do I do?
