Walmart: I’m writing a letter of resignation because of discrimination
My question is, should I mention the reason for resignation is because of discrimination, or should I simply cite personal reasons.
It’s Walmart, which I known isn’t the best company to work for anyway, but I don’t want to burn any bridges, should I in the future need to apply at another Walmart for employment. Advice?
Answer: If you’re being discriminated against, then file a complaint and be ready to show proof! Click here to learn how to document problems at work. If they don’t take you seriously, then file a complaint with the EEOC. Walmart is CONSTANTLY being sued by the EEOC for discrimination of all types. As long as they have attorneys and money to throw at the case, they will continue to do so. Walmart has a culture of discrimination because it’s a “good ol’ boys club”. Stand up for your rights. Do NOT resign.
