Injured At Work, No Light Duty Available
I was injured at work & my work has told me there isn’t any “light duty” options for me (as too many people are supposedly on “light duty”) They took me off the schedule until I am cleared by my doctor to go back to work. Oh, I’m also 9 months pregnant…is this right? Is this legal? I am a CNA.
