My back was injured at work, I filed for workmans comp, what next?
My back was injured at work. i filed for Workman’s comp and currently going through treatment. its been close to three years. I saw my atty’s dr. and my Ins. Dr. does any one know whats next? i have no operations or injections. I’m 21 still randomly injured.
Can any1 tell me a possible settlement amount?
i have not recieved any payment monthly from my ins company. My employer fired me a week later. I was employed for 2 months prior to the injury.
